Shipping policy

This policy applies to physical BeeHome Air, Armor, 8³ and Survival Campers. Choose your model, size and pickup or delivery option on the product page.

Production and delivery timing

The estimated production lead time is 5–8 weeks. Transit time is additional and depends on the destination and carrier schedule. Your order confirmation provides the specific production, dispatch and delivery arrangements. A reservation confirmation is not a shipment notice.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we notify you promptly, provide the revised schedule and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full and prompt refund. If the required agreement to a delay is not obtained, we cancel and refund the unshipped order as required by applicable law.

Standard delivery charges

• Air and Armor, Solo and Duo: Standard delivery to the mainland USA and Canada adds USD 200 to the product price. Pickup has no delivery charge.
• 8³: USD 9,999 for pickup, or USD 12,000 including standard domestic delivery in the USA or Canada.
• Survival Founders Edition: USD 29,999 for pickup; standard domestic delivery in the USA or Canada adds USD 2,000, for a total of USD 31,999.

All amounts are in USD, before applicable taxes. A delivered-price option already includes its standard delivery charge; it is not charged again.

Pickup and large-item handling

The available pickup location and appointment are confirmed with your order. Survival delivery uses a flatbed truck and crane unloading. We confirm vehicle access, unloading space and any special lifting or placement requirements before dispatch. Any additional charges for special delivery arrangements are quoted for your agreement in advance.

Other destinations and customs

Alaska, Hawaii and destinations outside the USA and Canada require a separate shipping quote. Applicable import duties, customs charges and destination-specific fees are separate from the standard delivery prices above.

Reservations and final settlement

Paying a reservation does not arrange shipment or charge freight. When you confirm the purchase, the final order identifies the agreed delivery charge and applicable taxes and credits your paid reservation as payment. Confirm all delivery details before paying the balance.
