• What We Do — Privacy-First Land Value Activation

BeeHome helps landowners explore the potential of their unused land without sharing personal details upfront and without any commitment.

You provide only approximate location information (for example: zip code or general area).
We conduct an initial feasibility review and—only if the site shows potential—we present you with anonymous builder proposals through the BeeHome platform.

    You stay fully in control:

    • No direct contact from builders
    • No sales calls
    • No obligation to proceed
    • You keep 100% ownership of your land

Your precise address and contact information are never shared unless you personally authorize a match.

  • How It Works — Transparent, Controlled, Safe

    1. Submit Approximate Land Information
No exact address needed. No phone number required. This allows us to perform a preliminary feasibility check without exposing your privacy.
    2. BeeHome Pre-Screening
Our system evaluates land suitability for micro-cabin use, layout possibilities, and potential revenue scenarios.
This step is anonymous and free.
    3. Anonymous Builder Match
Only qualified BeeHome commercial builders see an anonymized profile of your land (e.g., “Backyard in Princeton area; suitable for 1–2 units”).
They never see your name, address, or contact details.
    4. You Choose Whether to Reveal Your Details
If you are interested in a builder’s proposal, you decide when to share your precise location.
Until you approve a match, your identity stays hidden.

BeeHome does not sell your data, does not share your contact information without consent, and does not take commissions from either side.

  • Why BeeHome Protects Your Privacy While Increasing Land Value

BeeHome units are compact, off-grid, and suitable for outdoor accommodation such as glamping or seasonal rentals. Their small footprint means:

    • Minimal disturbance to your land
    • Low infrastructure impact
    • Potential to increase nightly rental value even on small or unused areas

With our anonymous submission model, you gain insights into your land’s potential without exposing your identity or making any commitments.

  • Revenue Potential(Industry Model)

Typical glamping sites charge around USD $100/night for a micro cabin.
Even at 30% occupancy, this is roughly:

≈ $10,000/year added income per BeeHome unit
    (Location-dependent. Industry estimate only.)

For many landowners, this represents a $100,000–$200,000 increase in land value based on revenue multiples commonly used in hospitality and outdoor recreation sectors.

  • What You Need

Just land—without sharing the exact address initially.
Any of the following may qualify:

    • A backyard or corner space
    • Farmland
    • Wooded or rural land
    • A compact city lot
    • Waterfront or hillside land
    • Any empty space suitable for outdoor accommodation

Minimum space: as little as 8–10 m² can be enough for a single micro-unit.
